The stars aligned for me earlier this year and I was able to second shoot for the amazing Sophie Kaye Photography (if I ever renew my vows, you better believe she will be photographing it) in Tarrytown, NY for an equally amazing, luxury American-Indian wedding. The details and forethought that the bride put into her wedding are incredible. She loves florals (a bride after my own heart) and that love shined bright throughout every detail of the wedding.
Florals adorned her gown, they were married in the Tarrytown House Estate rose garden, and even the bride’s signature cocktail contained edible flowers. Truly every photographer’s dream, and a huge THANK YOU to Sophie for having me along to help document their day.
Keep following along, because there may or may not be a part two (and three) to this incredible couple’s wedding journey!
“I know a bank where the wild thyme blows,
Where oxlips and the nodding violet grows,
Quite over-canopied with luscious woodbine,
With sweet musk-roses and with eglantine.”
― William Shakespeare, A Midsummer Night’s Dream
